Ettitude started in Australia in 2014, when founder Phoebe Yu set out to build a bedding fabric from bamboo. Almost everything it sells, sheets, duvet covers, towels and robes, is made from CleanBamboo, its own bamboo lyocell, which the brand describes as a patented closed-loop process using food-grade solvents.
